NAHB verification fee - $850 includes both rough and final inspection fees
RESNET HERs rating - $450
RESNET HERs EEM, EIM, 203K - $795
RESNET HERs & Energy Star - $650
Additional visits - $75
Green building consulting and plan review - $200
Blower door & Duct Blaster test - $195 (will satisfy Washington and Oregon energy code requirements)
Scheduling
All NAHB inspections per NAHB guidlines must be scheduled out at least 48 hours allowing the verifier to notify NAHB of the inspection time. We are willing to schedule inspections 6 days a week and will do so on a first come first serve basis. For all scheduling needs Urgent time frames are available at an additional fee with the exception of NAHB verifications.
